Between2000and2005sheworkedasproject
manager of theBerlinbased InternationalMedia
Conventionaconferenceseriesof questions
of the future regarding themediabusiness, the
creative industries, and thedigitalmarket. She
iscurrently inchargeofBerlinaleTalents, an
international summit for emergingfilmmakers,
part of theBerlin International FilmFestival.
Under her direction further Talents initiatives
havebeendeveloped incooperationwith
film festivalsworldwide (Sarajevo/Bosnia&
Herzegovina,Durban/SouthAfrica,Guadalajara/
MexicoandTokyo/Japan). Finallyshewasoneof
the initiatorsof the latest implementedBerlinale
Residencyprogramme.
