of acultural, urban, social and journalistic
nature, suchasMásquenoticias, La
brújula, EnGuadalajara fue…, among
others. Asaudiovisual promoter, she
hasorganizedand run, since1999, the
CHROMA International Audiovisual
Art Festival that takesplace in thecity
ofGuadalajara,Mexico. From2004 to
2005, shewasmember of theselection
committeeand tutor of theProduction
Support Program for YoungCreators in the
areaof Visual Artsof thestateof Jalisco.
In2007, shewasTechnical Secretaryof
Juries in theGuadalajara International Film
Festival (FICG). She ismember of the
FICG’sselectioncommitteeofMexican
and Ibero-Americanshort films (2008,
2009, and2010) andmember of the
selectioncommitteeof Ibero-American
documentaryfilms in thisyear’sedition
of FICG. Amongherworksasfilmmaker,
shemade theshort filmsPreludioblanco
(1999) andLosnadies (2005), bothusing
experimental narrative. In2008, she
coordinated the trainingactivity“Visionary
CampusGuadalajara”within theFICG.
She isDirector of TalentCampusand
DocuLabGuadalajara, activitiescarried
out in theGuadalajara International Film
Festival relating to training, analysis,
innovation, improvement, andpractice
of thenarrativeof audiovisual language
from itsconstruction, production, post-
production, anddiffusion.
