GENERAL INFORMATION
Talent Campus Guadalajara (TCG) is the second
intense gathering of activities, lectures, roundtables,
workshops, alternate film screenings, appointments
with the experts, visits to the Latin American film
market,andfilmcritiques– foradvancedstudentsand
professionals in training in Mexico, Central America
and theCaribbean.
SPECIFICS
TCG will be held in collaboration with the Berlinale
TalentCampusat theBerlin International FilmFestival
and the Goethe-Institut Guadalajara fromMarch 11
to 15, 2010, within the framework of theGuadalajara
International Film Festival (FICG) celebrating its 25th
year.
THEME
TCG reinforces learning and perfection of techniques and knowledge about writing a good
script; for the second straight year it takes filmnarratives as theguiding theme for theevent,
seen through theworkand feelingsofeveryone involved inmaking,producinganddistributing
audiovisualmaterial. Theunderlying theme thisyearwill bePersuasionandSeduction, theArt
of TellingStories.
PARTICIPANTS
TCGoffersstudentsa foothold in theseventhart,anopportunity tonetworkandsparkcreative
exchanges with a select group of experts from around the world participating as advisors,
mentorsand tutors.
