WHAT DOES THE ACTIVITIES PROGAMME INVOLVE?

Talents Guadalajara presents in six days an intensive program of activities like: Master Classes, Dialogues, Special Screenings, Meet the Experts, Labs and Studios specialized in each called event.
The detailed activities program as well as the participating experts are going to be published two weeks before Talents Guadalajara starts.

The description of the execution to be carried out in each activity is:

MASTER CLASSES
Renowned filmmakers from all over the world share the knowledge and expertise they acquired in their career of exploration and personal learning in filmmaking, and explain the different techniques and methodologies they used in their work, interviewed by a specialist in the field of the expert.

DIALOGUES
International film industry experts, from different backgrounds, culture and creative trends, converse around the diverse techniques, experience and practice on a specific topic.

LABS
Talents Guadalajara presents three labs specialized in co-production and pitching, film criticism and animation:

DELIGHTING THE EYE
Screening of films directed by filmmakers participating in the FICG or exclusive guests of the Talents Guadalajara, followed by a talk with the director, in order to open a space for dialogue and specific questions about the movie.

MEET THE EXPERTS
Personalities of the international film industry offer their time and knowledge to clarify specific questions that the participants raise, who have the opportunity to chat directly with the specialist in a comfortable talk. The limit quota is only 10 participants in order to bring on a close interaction with the expert and have enough time to talk with them.

VISITS TO THE FICG MARKET
The participants of the Talents Guadalajara would have the chance to attend the FICG Film Market, guided by one of its organizers, who explains in detail, the different agreements and negotiations that take place there. The FICG Market and Industry bring together leading producers and buyers of the film industry from around the world, in a suitable setting for negotiations and exchange of ideas.
