Logline

Sinopsis

En la madrugada del día de Navidad, Elisa recibe la noticia de que Saul, el hijo al cual no ve desde hace más de una década, ha sido asesinado. En la morgue, descubre que éste se había convertido en marero y le había mentido durante años. Él no vivía en los EEUU como ella creía, sino que había sido deportado a Tegucigalpa hacía cinco años. Ese mismo día Elisa se embarca en una búsqueda desesperada a través las laberínticas calles de Tegucigalpa y su dolor, para encontrar al asesino de Saúl, lo cual la llevará inevitablemente a enfrentarse con el pasado de éste y el suyo propio.

Logline

Synopsis

On Christmas Day, Elisa receives the news that Saul, the son she hasn’t seen for more than a decade, has been killed. In the morgue, she discovers that he had become a gangster and had lied to her for years. He wasn’t living in the US as she thought, but instead he had been deported to Tegucigalpa five years ago. That same day, Elisa begins a desperate search through the labyrinthine streets of Tegucigalpa and her pain, to find the murderer. All this will lead her inevitably to confront Saul's past and her own.
